The applicant State is praying for condoning delay of 71 days in filing the accompanying Cril Revision Petition against the discharge order dated 24.11.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge ND & PS Thoubal, Manipur in Crl M.C No.233 of 2023. It is stated in para 5 and 6 of the application that the delay of 71 days has been caused while processing for filing the Criminal Revision and because of the prevailing situation in the State of Manipur. Mr.Gunedhor, learned counsel for the respondent herein submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. Considering the circumstance stated in the Application, delay of 71 days in filing the accompanying petition is condoned. The application is allowed.
