The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 14.08.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0114 of 2025, under section-137(2) of B.N.S. IPC, Police Station- Khajuriya, District - Rampur, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned A.G.A. informs that final report has already been submitted in favour of the petitioner. 4. In view of above, the petition is disposed of with observation that till the cognizance is taken on the final report by the court concerned, the petitioners shall not be arrested.
