ORAL ORDER
The only prayer in this petition is to direct the learned I ACMM, Bengaluru, to consider and pass orders in respect of an application filed under Section 451 read with Section 457 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-A).
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said application was filed on 03.10.2018 and so far it has not been considered, on the other hand, it is kept pending.

3. From the material on record, it is seen that there was a stay of proceeding pending before the trial Court, pursuant to the interim order granted in W.P.No.27746/2019. It is submitted that the said writ petition was dismissed on
16.08.2023. The trial Court could not have kept the application pending without passing any orders. Hence, the prayer made in the petition can be granted.
4. The Court of I ACMM, Bengaluru in C.C.No.5919/2024 (Crime No.2969/2018 of Cyber Crime Police Station) shall consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner/complainant under Section 451 read with Section 457 of Cr.P.C., (Annexure-A), in an expeditious manner, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order, in accordance with law.
5. Petition is disposed of.
