Heard Shri Aalok Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Ashish Kumar Gautam, holding brief of Shri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents has raised a preliminary objection that for execution of the award, the petitioners have an efficacious statutory remedy by filing an application under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It has thus been submitted that the present writ petition is not maintainable in view of the availability of an alternative remedy. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid legal position. 4.
