JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDER 19.05.2025 This appeal by the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir filed under Section 21(4) of NIA Act arises out an order dated 30th April, 2022, passed by the learned Special Judge [“designated under NIA Act”] Anantnag in case FIR No. 68/2021 registered at Police Station, Devsar, for offences under Section 13 of U.A(P) Act, whereby the designated Court has granted bail to the respondents. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant fairly states that pursuant to the investigation in FIR No. 68/2021, a final report was presented before the designated Court, and charges have now been framed under Section 153 IPC and, MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 21.05.25 therefore, she has instructions from the appellant not to press this appeal. Statement of learned counsel for the appellant is taken on record. This appeal which has otherwise been rendered infructuous is, however, dismissed as not pressed.
