JUSTICE ROBIN PHUKAN ORDER 21.02.2025 Heard Mr. A.B. Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. S.M.T. Chistie, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 3 and 6. During the course of hearing, Mr. Chistie has produced one letter of the Deputy Director of Secondary Education, Assam, dated 30.05.2024 and submits that provisional pension payment certificate in respect of Shri Tarun Ch. Barman has been received from the Inspector of Schools, NDC, Nalbari, and that the order of this Court has already been Page No.# 3/3 complied with and as such, Chistie contended to close the matter. Mr. Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner also on instruction submits that the petitioner has received the provisional pension along with the arrear amount and as such, this matter has become infructuous and accordingly, Mr. Barbhuiya contended to close the matter. Taking note of the submission of learned Advocates of both the parties and also taking note of the letter dated 30.05.2024 of the Deputy Director of Secondary Education, Assam, this contempt case stands closed.
