The case of the petitioner is that he is facing trial in C.C.No.40 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I Court, Cuddalore. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner is contesting the case without any absence, the respondent police are coming to the petitioner's house everyday and harassing the petitioner and his family members by insisting the petitioner to come to the police station. Hence, the present petition. 3.
