No.19338 of 2025 ORDER This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 295 days in filing the instant Second Appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 06.10.2023 made in A.S.No. 41 of 2019 on the file of the Honourable Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 12.03.2019 made in O.S. No. 507 of 2013 on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif, Tuticorin. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as they required some time to mobilise funds, they could not file the appeal in time, and hence, there was a delay. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 raised formal objections to this petition. 4. Considering the fact that to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 392 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 within one week from today. 3/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP(MD).
