Perusal of the instant contempt petition prima facie reveals that the same has been filed for enforcement of order dated 16.11.2022, in terms whereof the writ petition bearing SWP No. 596/2015 filed by the petitioner came to be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with Act and Rules applicable. 2. The contempt petition ex facie is time barred, so much so no explanation has been offered as to what prevented the petitioner from seeking enforcement of the order or to institute an appropriate contempt proceedings against the respondents for the violation of the said order earlier within the prescribed period. 3.
