As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of administering poison to his son and his deceased wife. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 5.8.2024. 5. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
