Both parties are appeared before this Court along with their respective counsels and filed joint undertaking affidavit. As per the joint undertaking affidavit, both parties are agreed to settle the issue amicable. Accordingly, the appellant is agreed to pay a sum of Rs.85,00,000/- as full and final settlement to the respondent on or before 30.09.2025. If the said amount is not paid within the above said period, the plaintiff is entitled to reopen the case as per manner known to law. The undertaking affidavit filed the parties is recorded.
