It is submitted by counsel for the applicant that the Titagarh Municipality has not applied for or received any clearance from the Director of Local Bodies. The appointment of the applicant is in the process, on the basis of this Court’s order. 3. In that view of the matter, the first sentence of paragraph 3 of the order dated 28th February, 2025 shall stand deleted. 4. The Director of Local Bodies is represented. He is directed to accord approval to the appointment of the petitioner under orders of this Court. The petitioner shall approach the Chairman, Titagarh 2 Municipality, on 17.03.2025 at 2.00 p.m., when he shall be delivered the order of appointment. 5.
