The petitioner an Assistant Teacher is expecting that he will be in the zone of consideration for promotion on the post of Lecturer, therefore, he prays that in case an adverse entry of the years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 are considered as adversely, an opportunity be granted to him to challenge it. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in all probability for the purpose of promotion consideration of entries for the last 5 years would be taken note of. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that claim of the petitioner for promotion be considered in accordance with law as and when he is in the zone of consideration and in case referred adverse entries are considered against his consideration, he has a liberty to approach the concerned respondent.
