Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that on the day of dismissal of the revisional application, he could not attend before the Court as he was engaged in 2 another Court and there were no laches on part of the petitioner. 4. Considering all the facts and circumstances, the prayer for restoration stands allowed. Let the revisional application being CO 349 of 2020 be restored to its original file and number. 5.
