INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the endorsement dated 24th July, 2024 (Annexure-F) issued by the respondent No.3. 2. Heard Sri. Vivek N., learned counsel on behalf of Sri. Rahul S. Reddy, appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into account the finding recorded by the respondent No.3 in the impugned endorsement, the same would indicate that the grant made in respect of the Application - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26635 WP NO.33898 OF 2024 Nos.8358 to 8974 are disputed one and accordingly, rejected the grant made in respect of the applications stated above. However, as per the notice dated 19th January, 2023 (Annexure-E) issued by the respondent No.3, the grant made in favour of the petitioner is in respect of Application No.3537 dated 30th December, 1998. 4. In that view of the matter, I find force in the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the impugned endorsement requires to be set- aside. Accordingly, endorsement dated 24th July, 2024 (Annexure-F) issued by the respondent No.3 is hereby set- aside, consequently, the respondent-Authorities are directed not to make any changes in revenue records in respect of the land in question.
