The present petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the District Magistrate/Licensing Authority (Cold Storage), Aligarh to accept FDR No. 0324889, in lieu of mortgaged land of Gata No. 122 and 167, Village Pizari Nagri, Pargana & Tehsil Koil, District Aligarh. The said land was mortgaged by the petitioner to secure the liability of compensation payable by her to farmers in pursuance of an order passed by the Licensing Authority under the provisions of the U.P. Regulation of Cold Storage Act, 1976. 2. The case of the petitioner is that her husband had died and now the petitioner is ready to furnish FDR in lieu of the mortgaged land. 3. We observe that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing Writ - C No. 959 of 2025, wherein also the petitioner prayed for release of the mortgaged land. The said writ petition has been dismissed by a Co- ordinate Bench by order dated 16.1.2025. 4. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. 5.
