(ORAL) Prayer in the present second petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.199 dated 13.12.2022, registered under Sections 302, 34 IPC (Sections 148, 149 deleted and Section 34 IPC added during investigation), at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is behind bars since 21.12.2022. He further submits that on 05.05.2025, charges were reframed, however, the prosecution witnesses are intentionally not appearing before the trial Court. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, the prosecution is directed to ensure that the prosecution witnesses are present on all the date fixed before the trial Court.
