Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 26.625 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the car bearing registration No. BR 27B 9664. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the vehicle in question and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got six criminal Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3219 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 antecedents. 6.
