THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: 3 CONCILIATION ORDER A joint memo has been submitted today that is signed by both the parties as well as by their respective counsel. The petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,75,000/- as against the amount sentenced, as full and final settlement. The respondent has also agreed to receive a sum of Rs.3,75,000/- as full and final settlement. The petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- on 22.09.2022 and another sum of Rs.1,35,000/- on 05.03.2025 in C.C.No.56861/2018 totaling a sum of Rs.2,85,000/-. Today, the petitioner has paid another sum of Rs.90,000/- by way of cash to the respondent which is acknowledged by the respondent and thus, a total amount of Rs.3,75,000/- has been paid by the petitioner to the respondent as full and final settlement. Thus, the amount of Rs.3,75,000/- has been paid as full and final settlement as against the amount sentenced. 2. In view of the aforesaid, the offence against the petitioner stands compounded. The Magistrate concerned shall release the sum of Rs.2,85,000/- in favour of the respondent / complainant which is in C.C.No.56861/2018 as per rules. 4 3.
