JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: (a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Learned VI Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, to dispose of the Execution proceedings in Ex.No.38/2017 as expeditiously as possible vide Annexure-A. (b) Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the above case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there may be a direction to the Executing Court to expeditiously dispose of the pending Execution Petition. 3. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that already in W.P.No.49743/2019, by order dated 10.12.2021, a co-ordinate bench of this Court has passed an order to consider the Execution Petition by giving reasonable opportunity to the parties with a liberty to place necessary material on record. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28623 WP No. 11125 of 2024 4. Having heard the learned Counsel on either side, perused the material on record. The only relief that is sought by the petitioner is to expeditiously dispose of the pending Execution Petition. Already this order is passed in W.P.No.49743/2019 in the year 2021. In that view of the matter, Executing Court is directed to dispose of the Execution Petition No.38/2017 by the end of December 2025. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
