JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER 1. The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for the following prayers: 1. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Respondents No. 1 to consider the representation dated 28.11.2022 issued by the Petitioner to the Respondent No. 1 for inclusion for grant in aid vide Representation (Annexure M); and 2. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Respondents No. 1 and 2 to immediately process and include the name of the petitioner for grant in aid with all financial benefits with effect from date of initial appointment. 2. Brief facts leading rise to the filing of this writ petition are as follows: 3. The petitioner was appointed as Second Division Clerk in 2006. It is contended that the District Level - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:51076 WP No. 20566 of 2024 Review Committee was constituted on and verified the eligibility of the petitioner and respondent No.4 for grant-in-aid in terms of the applicable norms on 02.08.2019. 4. Respondent No.1 has not considered the recommendation made by the District Level Review Committee. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.11.22, vide Annexure-M, requesting for inclusion of the petitioner for grant-in- aid and respondent No.1 has not passed any order on the representation vide Annexure-M. Hence, this writ petition. 5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 6. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.1 - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:51076 WP No. 20566 of 2024 would consider Annexure-M and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. 7. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-M and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
