Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 4. None appeared for the 5th respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent repeatedly calls the petitioner to the police station without any rhyme or reason. It is also submitted -2- W.P. No.5197 of 2025 that the 4th respondent is calling the petitioner and pressurizing him to repay the amounts due to the 5th respondent. The learned counsel further submits that the financial transaction between the 5th respondent and the petitioner is a private dispute that does not warrant interference of the police. 3. Considering the same, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition at the stage of admission, directing the 4th respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law. 4.
