The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.81 dated 14.06.2022 registered under Sections 376(D) & 363 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 (Section 376(D) of IPC was deleted and Section 376 of IPC was added later on) at Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran. 2. On receipt of advance copy of the petition, Mr. Adhiraj Singh, A.A.G., Punjab has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1-State and on instructions from ASI Harpal Singh, submits that the petitioner is also involved in another case i.e. FIR No.02 dated 06.01.2025 registered under Sections 333, 324, 191 & 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Kacha Paka, Tarn Taran and the said fact has not been mentioned in the present petition. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 4.
