With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents herein to re-convey the land measuring 1.02 Aacres situated in Survey no 565/ 3C1, situated in the village of Varatanapalli in the Distrct of Krishnagiri, Bargur Taluk as contemplated under section 48-B of the Land Acquisition (Tamil Nadu Amendement ) Act, 1996 by re-transferring the patta in the name of the petitioner herein in accordance to the Report of the 3rd Respondent dated 17.06.2025 and the Letter dated 30.06.2025 of the 2nd 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.32739 of 2025 respondent and pass appropriate orders. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the despite the report of the 3rd Respondent dated 17.06.2025 and the letter dated 30.06.2025 of the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent had not re- conveyed the petitioner's land by re-transferring the patta in the name of the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation to the petitioner on 05.08.2025. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner had come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief. 4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the respondents will pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated period. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 7.
