On the last date of hearing i.e. 23rd April, 2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the orders passed by this Court have not been complied with and the requisite amount has not been deposited. In view of the aforesaid conduct of the petitioner, we are left with no option but to assume that the petitioner has not complied with orders of this Court, nor is he interested in pursuing this petition. It is for this reason that there has been absence on two consecutive dates of hearing. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
