Kanungeo, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. On 13.12.2024, in Criminal Petition No. 1520/2024, the applicant was directed to appear before the trial court on 03.01.2025 and on his appearance, the trial court was directed to release the applicant on bail of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of like amount. Today, the applicant has submitted that on 03.01.2025, he could not appear before the trial court due to some personal problems, which do not require discussion in this matter. Further, the applicant has submitted that he intends to appear before the trial court on 13.03.2025 in connection with N.I. Act Case No. 2084/2020. Considering entire aspect of the matter, the prayer of the applicant is allowed. Accordingly, the applicant Sri Meghraj Upadhyay is directed to appear before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) No. 3 –cum- Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kamrup (M), Guwahati on 13.03.2025 in connection with N.I. Act Case No. 2084/2020. On his appearance, the learned trial court shall release the applicant on bail of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court.
