Through the instant writ petition, under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, challenge is thrown to the order dated 03.07.2025 (Annexure P-16), passed by respondent No.1, vide which, the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Maintenance Tribunal, Batala-respondent No.2, has been directed to ensure compliance of the order dated 08.08.2024 (Annexure P-13).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a petition (CWP-24692-2024), vide which, the order dated 08.08.2024 (supra), has been assailed, is pending consideration before this Court, wherein, notice regarding stay has also been issued. Therefore, he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies, as shall be admissible in law.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as aforesaid.
