Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is parent and senior citizen. Private respondent nos. 6 and 7 are his sons. The have caused him distress by driving him out of his house. He made application, filed on 2nd January, 2024 in office of respondent no. 2 (the District Magistrate). He seeks interference. 2. Mr. Krishna Mohan Mishra, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. He submits, the application will be duly considered. 3. We do not deem it necessary to direct issuance of notice on private respondent nos. 6 and 7. Instead, we direct respondent no. 2 to look into petitioner's application and take appropriate action, as may be necessary, expeditiously. For the purpose, said respondent may notice private respondent nos. 6 and 7. 4.
