Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:34384 Court No. - 6 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 769 of 2025 Petitioner :- Smt. Raja Beti Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Hemlata Srivastava,Sandeep Kumar Shrivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Jayant Banerji,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate decision on the application of petitioner dated 7.12.2024 (contained in Annexure No.6 to writ petition) expeditiously, preferably within the time specify by this Hon'ble Court and promote the petitioner for the post of Aganwadi Karyakatri at Aganwadi Kendra Gidhwasa, Block Nadigaon, District Jalaun." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to demonstrate from the Government Order No.19/2023/3975/58-1- 2022-2/1(22)10T.C., dated 21.3.2023, that whether it provides a norm for promotion from a feeding cadre. As a matter of fact, a perusal of the Government Order at page 27 reflects that it merely provides for a process of selection of candidates fulfilling certain eligibility criteria specified therein. 4. Under the circumstances, this petition is misconceived and is, therefore, dismissed. Order Date :- 10.3.2025 SK (Jayant Banerji, J.)
