Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State. 2. Learned A.G.A. informs that despite service of notice on respondent no.4 no one has turned up to argue this petition. 3. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 30.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No.256 of 2025, under Sections 64 and 137(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Hasanpur, District Amroha and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 4. In view of the fact that the informant is not responding and statements of the victim are in favour of the petitioner and she has not made any allegation whatsoever against the petitioner rather she has made allegations against her own family members, the F.I.R. deserves to be quashed. 5.
