The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/118(1)/109/303(2)/ 352/351(1)/3(5) of the BNS. 3. One Bishnu Kumar is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is the father of the Bishnu Kumar. 4. The petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2024 and he has claims to have clean antecedent. 5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89047 of 2024(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran/ concerned court in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024. 6.
