JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to dispose of M.C.No.2063/2021 pending on the file of the II Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there shall be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of M.C.No.2063/2021 in a time bound manner. 3. The Family Courts are burdened with matters. The MCs from the year 2016 are pending before the Family Courts at Bengaluru and this Court cannot give any direction to the Family Courts to dispose of the matter out of turn. This Court had specifically directed the Family Courts to dispose of the matter till the year 2019 on priority basis. In that view of the matter, no orders can be passed.
