By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful live-in/marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, submitted that presently both the petitioners are living in Bihar where petitioner no.2 is rendering his services and as such, no cause of action survives in favour of petitioners to pursue the instant petition at this Court and the same may be dismissed. 4.
