The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to produce petitioner no.1 (corpus) before this Court and to set him at liberty from the alleged illegal custody of respondent nos.4 and 5. 3. In compliance with the order dated 28.08.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner no.1 (corpus) has been produced before this Court today. 4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the competent Family Court. 5.
