A case was registered on the same date and the final report was filed on 24.11.2018. The accused has been absconding from the beginning. 2. It is stated that the dependents of the deceased have already been compensated in a claim petition. Even if the warrant is executed in the future, it would violate the right to a speedy trial of the accused. 2.
