The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are falsely implicated in Crime No.191 of 2024 on the file of Yerraguntla Police Station, Y.S.R. District, for the alleged offence under Sections 85 r/w 3 (5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the matter is still at the investigation stage. 4. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, the criminal petition is disposed off, directing the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer, for the purpose of investigation in Crime No.191 of 2024 on the file of Yerraguntla Police Station, Y.S.R. District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
