2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 317 of 2024 / N.D.P.S. G.R. Case No. 91 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 22© and 29 of the NDPS Act.
3. There is recovery of 9216 tablets of Proximo Spas Capsules from the petitioners.
4. The petitioners are women and are in jail custody since 12.10.2024.
5. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are women, this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88979 of 2024(4) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 317 of 2024 / N.D.P.S. G.R. Case No. 91 of 2024.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner no. 1 is directed to mark her attendance at Adapur Police Station on every Sunday of the month and petitioner no. 02 is directed to mark her attendance at Palanwa Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
