Cont.P.No.2599 of 2023 ORDER The learned Government Advocate respondent submitted that as against the order passed in W.P.No.544 of 2023, a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.3060 of 2023 was preferred, along with an application in C.M.P.No.25361 of 2023, wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench has passed an order of interim stay. 2.When the Hon'ble Division Bench has taken cognizance of the appeal and has proceeded with it, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallelly proceed with the Contempt Petition. However, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout her remedies, after final orders are passed in the Writ Appeal, a balance can be struck. 3.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal. 21.02.2025 Index:Yes/No hvk 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
