Application (IA/8/2025) is preferred praying to withdraw the writ petition. 2. This Court, by order dated 01.10.2024, has been pleased to grant an interim relief in the following nature:- “We accordingly modify the interim order dated 15.07.2024 and provide that one post reserved for SC category shall be kept vacant, during the pendency of the writ petition. For remaining posts, the selection process shall proceed.” 3. It is now submitted that the State has withdrawn the said notification and issued one more 1 2025:UHC:7802-DB notification of the same nature and, hence, the application for withdrawal. 4. The submission is placed on record. 5.
