The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 05.08.2021 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Etah in Session Trial No.43 of 2019 (State Vs. Ram Rahish), arising out of Case Crime No.89 of 2016, whereby the applicant summoned under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. for trial under Sections 307, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station Aliganj, District Etah. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application with liberty to file appropriate application/ bail application/ proceeding before the Court of competent judicial. 4. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. 5. The certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant by retaining photocopy of the same on record.
