In view of the registered sale deeds and the kathas registered in the office of the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike executed at the hands of respondent No.4-Tahsildar in respect of each of the petitioners, the learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the writ petition itself will be treated as a representation. 5 3. In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Advocate and learned Counsel for the petitioners submitting that the petitioners will be satisfied if such action is taken, the matter stands disposed of accordingly.
