HEMALEKHA ORAL ORDER The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents-authorities to consider his representations dated 26.03.2024 and 26.03.2025 at Annexures-N1 and N2, wherein he has requested fixation of the boundaries of site No.712, which was allotted to him by Bangalore Development Authority (BDA). 2. It is the specific contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the respondents-authorities have executed a registered sale deed in favour of the petitioner and possession certificate was issued, boundaries of the allotted site have not been fixed despite repeated representation. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47047 WP No. 23252 of 2025 3. Learned counsel for the respondents-BDA submits that the petitioner’s representations shall be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. 4. Without adverting to the merits and demerits of this case, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed if necessary directions are issued to the respondents to consider the representations. Accordingly, this Court pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition stands disposed of. ii.
