JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 07-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. A copy of the writ petition has been wrongly served upon Mr. Mritunjay Kumar, who appears regularly on behalf of the Punjab National Bank, whereas a copy has to be served upon learned counsel for the Punjab & Sindh Bank. 3. This application has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus, commanding the all respondents to remove hutment and encroachment from Raiyati land and house of the petitioner and further to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members for constructing the said land. 4. It appears that the son of the petitioner has sold the property in question and the respondents no.13 to 23, are purchasers and their henchmen. 5. In these circumstances, this Court cannot decide the private issue. The petitioner may approach the local Patna High Court CR. WJC No.124 of 2025(2) dt.07-07-2025 3/3 jurisdictional police for appropriate action by way filing an application. 6.
