The petitioner is before this Court, seeking for the following relief: "Wherefore, the Petitioner pray that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 05/12/2025, in CRM/MAG/G. PA/CASE/1/2025 /DCP(W)/BENGALURU CITY passed by the 2nd respondent i.e. The Special Executive Magistrate Court And Deputy Commissioner of Police, North Western Division, Bangalore City 560 091, at Annexure - A, and allow this Petition with costs and grant such other relief's as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstances of this case." 3. On enquiry as to whether the petitioner had been served with a notice under Section 55 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963 (for short "Police Act"), learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice had been served and objections have been filed. However, the request made by the petitioner for furnishing certain documents was not considered before the order was passed. 4. This Court, vide order dated 17.10.2025 in W.P.No.30021/2025 in the case of Mahesh Shetty Thimarodi vs. The State of Karnataka and others has - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53438 WP No. 37795 of 2025 held that the documents are not required to be furnished. Only the gist of the allegations are required to be furnished to the person, who is sought to be externed. 5. In that view of the matter, it cannot be said that there is any violation of the principles of natural justice. The petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of an appeal under Section 59 of the Police Act. 6. Reserving such liberty, the petition stands disposed of.
