This is an application under Section 430 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence and for releasing the applicants on bail. 3. I have gone through the judgment dated 17.10.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bokajan, Karbi Anglong, Assam in G.R. Case No.37/2019 (PRC No.86/2019). 4. It is hereby directed that the judgment dated 17.10.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bokajan, Karbi Anglong, Assam in G.R. Case No.37/2019 (PRC No.86/2019) shall remain suspended till disposal of the connected petition. 5. The applicants, namely- Md. Asiqul Ali @ Asikul Islam and (2) Musstt. Toslima Khatun @ Taslima Khatoon shall be released on bail of ₹10,000/- each with sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bokajan, Karbi Anglong, Assam.
