1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents 4 to 8 are calling the petitioner to the police station without any rhyme or reason.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a coolie and that though the petitioner is not involved in any of the offences, respondents 4 to 8 are repeatedly summoning the petitioner to the police station.
4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has arraigned the Circle Inspectors of Police, Challapalli, Krishna District & Tenali, Guntur District and the Sub-Inspectors of Police, Challapalli, Krishna District, Karlapalem & Tenali police stations, Guntur District. It is submitted that the petitioner is not aware as to which of the respondents are summoning the petitioner.
5. Be that as it may, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondents 4 to 8 not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off at the admission stage. No costs.
