While deciding CrMP(M) No.2888 of 2024, applicant-Ram Naresh Rana was ordered to be released on bail. Since, applicant-Ram Naresh Rana could not furnish the requisite bail bonds, as such, Superintendent Jail, Model Central Jail, Kanda, Shimla, H.P., has intimated this fact to this Court. At this stage, it has been submitted by learned Legal Aid Counsel, appearing for the applicant, that the requisite bail bonds will be furnished, within a period of two weeks, from today. Accordingly, the application is disposed of, with a direction to the Superintendent Jail, Model Central Jail, Kanda, Shimla, H.P., to intimate the fact, if the applicant is not able to furnish the requisite bail bonds, within the time, as prayed by learned Legal Aid Counsel.
