The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Nala P.S. Case No. 105/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 74 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jamtara. 3. On 20.12.2024, the petitioners had outraged modesty of daughter of the informant and other girls near Kalipahadi Sarbediya Forest area. 4. It was submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail.
