Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner would appear before respondent No.1 – the Regional Transport Officer on 12.12.2025 at 11:00 a.m. and submit representation, documents etc., which may be directed to be considered by respondent No1. and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a stipulated timeframe. 4.
