Declare the actions of the Respondent No. 1 in encroaching upon the exclusive geographical area allotted to the Petitioner for City Gas Distribution operations in Vijayawada, 2 Krishna District as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008 and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Exclusivity for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Network) Regulations, 2008 and consequently direct the Respondent No.1 to forthwith stop the operation of its CNG station at Krishna Lanka which is in the Geographical Area of Vijayawada authorized to the petitioner B. Direct the Respondent No. 1 to compensate the Petitioner for the business loss accumulating to Rs. 79,00,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Nine Crores) i.e., till the date of filing of the present Writ Petition C.
